I don't even know why, said something that pissed me off. He never told anyone I did it, probably afraid I'd break his other arm.Christopherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17045294003088106262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2526258348124329445.post-47850115488431755772010-12-07T20:02:49.259-08:002010-12-07T20:02:49.259-08:00Gosh, you're good.. The last attempt that I could ever remember of me pushing somebody off the slide had only caused me to bruise my knee.

And that is a very funny name, not to mention the "grand" middle name. :)Iqbal Ismailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03812649701744726151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2526258348124329445.post-80910936288017676682010-12-06T23:18:45.373-08:002010-12-06T23:18:45.373-08:00Oooh no, my guilty lies are remaining hidden - the...Oooh no, my guilty lies are remaining hidden - they stack up over the years! It got caught and I was called into the vice principal's office. (I had signed with a pen name, but my friend totally caved and turned me in! Stinkin Benedict Armold...)

Anyway, my v. principal talked about the impropriety of my note and such; I'd never been in trouble at school before in my life, so I wad good and scared.

Then he told me to take the note home and have my mother read and sign it. Oh yes he did! Oh, the shame! Seemed a bit harsh for an otherwise model student. My mother was shocked I knew a couple of the words I had used against Mr. Blankenship.

I avoided the principal's office for the rest of time...the ginabeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08237796696115756778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2526258348124329445.post-39271691554883963082010-12-06T07:11:40.740-08:002010-12-06T07:11:40.740-08:00There are a few things I should probably confess t...There are a few things I should probably confess to my folks. Even if it is 15 years later.

When I was 17, I stole 11 bottles of rum from a liquor store (one at a time, over a period of several months). 5 years later, when I was a newly recovering alcoholic, my AA sponsor told me I had to go back to that liquor store, apologize to the owner, and pay for those bottles of rum (step 9 of the 12-step program - making amends). It was the hardest thing I ever did at the time, but man it felt good to get that off my chest (and it was kind of fun to see the stunned expression on the owner's face when I handed him $159 and told him what it was for).

Oh, btw, it mas momentum, not gravity, that prevented you from stopping. Sorry...I'm a physics teacher, I couldn't let that go :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
